Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – Quire, LLC, an international cloud-based report production platform supporting the due diligence industry, welcomes Loraine DeBelser, AIA, as Technical Director.
Ms. DeBelser will apply her national experience and expertise providing architectural evaluation of commercial properties, deep background in the creation of physical condition reports, and development of internal platforms and programs to strengthen the ability to leverage all aspects of the Quire platform across their enterprises. Ms. DeBelser will be an exceptionally valuable addition to the Quire team.

Ms. DeBelser is an industry veteran, developing an equity practice at EMG, and most recently served as Technical Director for Architectural and Engineering Content at GRS|Corteq, providing thought leadership and technical development for the international due diligence firm, as well as developing execution platforms to support daily operations, large portfolios, agencies, and individual high-profile clients. Her hands-on experience allows her to understand what companies require to be successful in the implementation of new technologies, and how best to leverage platform strengths to provide maximum speed, accuracy, quality and profitability for providers.
In her new role, Ms. DeBelser will support existing Quire clients, develop new clients, provide onboarding and training support, and internal testing of new releases and features. She will also apply her technical expertise to optimize the efficiency and quality of client templates to take advantage of Quire’s innovative productivity tools.

Ms. DeBelser is a licensed architect in the State of California, is a recipient of the national President’s Award of the American Institute of Architects, and has had positions on the boards of the East Bay Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, and Commercial Real Estate Women San Francisco. She is a member of ASTM, and the American Institute of Architects, and a resident of Vancouver, British Columbia, providing Quire with truly North American reach and breadth.
