Chris sets the overall vision, direction, and strategy for Quire, drawing on 25+ years of experience as a highly successful senior leader of SaaS companies in industries like ecommerce, human capital management (HCM), procurement, and supply chain management. His proven track record includes driving significant growth as president of iSolved Network, as CEO of Trax (a leader in transportation spend management), and as president of Ritchie Bros. EquipmentOne, a publicly traded global online marketplace for industrial assets. Chris’s leadership experience also includes executive roles at Directworks, SEEC, Ariba/FreeMarkets, and the United States Marine Corps. His versatility in leading small, mid-sized, and large organizations has played out across a long history of consistently driving high performance, attracting top talent, acquiring premier customers, and generating aggressive growth.

Chris holds a B.A. in political science from The Citadel and a M.S.B.A from Boston University. When he isn’t knee-deep in all things Quire (which isn’t often), he’s a big believer in the 3Bs: beach, books, and beer.

Kelly Stratton is a trailblazer in cloud-based technical report writing for industries like environmental consulting, construction, and engineering. She’s also the visionary that brought the technical report management concept to life and the driving force behind Quire’s constant innovation and product leadership. Kelly shapes and executes our product strategy across the platform’s entire lifecycle, identifying market trends, analyzing client needs, translating these insights into a compelling roadmap, and guiding our teams toward providing an innovative, market-leading technical report management offering. Before founding Quire, Kelly applied her technical and leadership skills as VP of Sales & Marketing and Senior Engineering Consultant at InfoMap Technologies and logged lots of hours in the field in engineering roles with e Phase Inc.
and CH2M HILL. A member of the Board of Governors of the Environmental Bankers Association, Kelly holds a B.S. in civil and environmental engineering from Pennsylvania State University. She’s a self-professed “experience junkie” who has hiked five volcanos, observed two solar eclipses in totality, and taken a zero-gravity flight…and still finds time to play music with her band.

Scott is a highly accomplished digital product leader who’s adept at leveraging people and technology to drive digital transformation and revenue growth. He propels the continued innovation of the Quire TRM platform—collaborating with our Chief Product Officer to set the product’s vision, developing product roadmaps, and ensuring this industry-leading platform aligns with our clients’ needs as they evolve. Scott’s experience spans from start-ups to Fortune 500 organizations to management consulting firms, including serving as VP Product Management for SaaS organization RB Global (NYSE: RBA). He’s always embraced the dynamic digital landscape, the challenge of getting new product concepts off the ground, and the value of merging business strategy with product innovation.

Scott earned a B.B.A. from Texas A&M University and a M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from the University of Houston C.T. Bauer School of Business. Before his two children went off to college, he devoted much of his free time to coaching youth baseball, softball, lacrosse, and soccer, serving on the board of many of those leagues, and is an avid golfer and cook.

Elizabeth keeps our operations running efficiently and our processes optimized to help Quire users make the most of our platform. She manages our Implementation Services and Client Success teams and oversees Customer Support operations—always focused on improving our team’s productivity, streamlining workflows, driving innovation, and maintaining high service standards. Elizabeth previously served as a project manager with CRBE (conducting assessments like many Quire users!) and led the company’s Quire implementation before joining us in 2020. (So when we say she can relate to our clients and their technical report challenges, we really mean it.) Her ability to build strong relationships, understand a client’s needs, and apply creative approaches to solving problems is unmatched.

Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. When it’s time to escape the work world, she finds crafting, knitting, weaving, and painting provide the ideal creative outlet. If family or friends are celebrating a milestone, she has her embroidery machine and heat press at the ready to custom-craft the perfect gift.
